Pick a good jar like a mason jar or old spaghetti sauce jar.
Grab all your garlic. Separate all the cloves. If you pull from the top and try to snap the top off all the cloves can come off at the same time. Then just slightly smash each clove with your hand or the side of the knife and the skin of the clove will come off.
Next, place all your individual cloves of garlic and place them in your jar. Fill the jar with olive oil or oil of your choice.
Close the jar and place it in your fridge and it will last several months.
